Our representatives can also help you to resolve unexpected problems with local immigration or customs officials, as well as with arrangements for excess baggage, flight & terminal transfers, airport lounge or day-room access, and obtaining reliable ground transport during your stay.

Good question! Our rates vary by destination. When you proceed to book, we will quote you a specific price. From there, you will be ask to pay online via a secure network connection using your credit card, and the currency you have chosen will be used for your transaction.

Services need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance from the time of your travel (departure or arrival in the local time zone). We need time to line up your greeters and ensure white glove service.

The luggage concierge service will assist travelers with luggage only and requires that bags be packed multiple days in advance.

You pay for the services with any major credit card.

You do not need to tip nor tip is expected by our representatives. However, if the service you receive is exceptional and our representative has gone out of his/her way to help you in some unusual way, feel free to thank them with a tip or gratuity at your discretion. Then send us an email so we can make note of this fantastic representative.

We will send you an email with complete details as soon as your Airport Concierge Services (ACS) booking is confirmed. Please check all the details on this email carefully and let us know immediately if anything is amiss. Kindly ensure that all the relevant service information is accurate to ensure a smooth Airport Concierge Services’ experience. The confirmation email will include an Airport Concierge Services “Request Code.” Please quote this in all correspondence with us about your booking. You can cancel an Airport Concierge Services booking more than 48 hours before commencement of the service and receive a full refund. If you cancel an Airport Concierge Services’ (ACS) booking between 24 and 48 hours before commencement of the service, we will refund 50% of the price paid for the service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before commencement of the Airport Concierge Services (ACS), or “no shows”, will not be entitled to any refund.
